| |  The orchestra was formed in about 1950, generally playing three concerts a year in local venues. Like lots of other local societies, we go through periods of time when we wish we had more players. If you play, please come along and make music with us. If you know someone else who plays, tell them about us. We meet and rehearse from 8pm to 10pm on Tuesday evenings at St Francis of Assisi, Folkestone Road, Kew, Southport.
